Study on means of tackling and protecting eco-environment in Yanchi

In order to study the improvement of eco-environment and the ideas of protection in Yanchi,this paper analysed the increasing population and land overload,the increasing relation of population and environment and resources.The main causes were: grassland degeneration,erosion,drought and other natural disasters.48.6 percent of the whole area in Yanchi County was the desertification land.The area of grassland was only 46× 104 hm2,the yield of wet grass was 185 kg/hm2,the grazing capacity was a sheep in 0.92 hm2.The principal task of improvement and protection is to adjust land construction,shift grain to greenland,control the increasing of population,improve the quality of population,a nd therefore,to efficiently protect and rationally exploit water resources.
