Optimization Research of Cutting Parameters Based on Orthogonal Experiment Method

The three cutting parameters are important factors to the machining quality.Before machining,the optimized combination of the three cutting parameters should be found.Orthogonal experiment method was used to analyze the effect of cutting parameters to surface roughness.It was a three factors and levels experiment and variance method was used to analyze experimental results.Through the experiments,the rule that effect of cutting parameters to surface roughness was gotten,and the optimized combination of cutting parameters was obtained.
