The invention discloses a pulsing photothermal effect bicolor pyrometer device. The pulsing photothermal effect bicolor pyrometer device comprises a sealed metal casing; a light inlet is formed in one side surface of the casing; a metal frame is arranged in the casing; a position of the metal frame, which is close to the light inlet, is provided with a first convex lens and a second convex lens which have the same focal length; iris diaphragms are arranged at focal points of the first convex lens and the second convex lens; a first beam splitter is arranged at the rear potion of the second convex lens; the first beam splitter splits incident lights into two mutually perpendicular light beams; a first reflecting mirror and a first filtering mirror are arranged on an optical path of one light beam; a second filtering mirror and a second reflecting mirror are arranged on an optical path of the other light beam; a metal frame portion, which is arranged at a gathering position of the two light beams, is provided with a second beam splitter; the side wall of the casing, which is close to the second beam splitter, is provided with a light outlet; a thermal infrared imager is arranged at the position of the light outlet; and lights from one direction of the second beam splitter penetrate the light outlet to reach the thermal infrared imager. The pulsing photothermal effect bicolor pyrometer device has the advantages of being simple in structure and easy to achieve and being capable of exactly measuring temperature fields on the surfaces of welding points under gas surrounding.
