INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE ON SENSITIVITY OF STRAIN TYPE DISPLACEMENT TRANSDUCER

The principle of strain type displacement transducer system is based on the piezoresistive effect,and this system has the advantage of high accuracy and good stability.Temperature,especially the extremely low temperature,will influence the sensitivity factor of this transducer,thereby influence the measurement accuracy.This paper presents a strain type displacement transducer system,which can be used in low temperature environment,the influence of temperature on sensitivity of this transducer system is theoretical analyzed and experimental investigated,and the research results can provide some basis for its further application in cryogenic environment.
