A method and apparatus for providing supplementary information

There is provided a method for rendering comprising a first supplementary information providing apparatus and system for rendering a second device for the main information, the first presenting apparatus for presenting the primary information, the second rendering device with to the presentation of the supplementary information. The method comprising the steps of: receiving a primary information to be presented on the first presentation device; determining said received primary information associated with the at least one supplemental control information, wherein the control information contains the corresponding every time a supplementary information for indicating a presentation time of the supplemental information; and based on the time information carried in the primary information in the received time information included in the control and transmission instruction message indicates the second apparatus for rendering the primary information associated with the received at least one supplemental information for presentation.
