Unlearning to give and to share

2013 
As researchers in management we want to explore a new practice still little known in France: the gift of WTR (working time reduction) days between employees. The research aims to explain the practice and to validate its integration as an experimental field in management science. Our contribution analyzes the gift of WTR days between employees not as a philanthropic action but as a real axis of organizational learning and unlearning.
