The Microscopic Observation of Rabbit Digestive Appratus Mast Cell

Microscopic observation of rabbit digestive apparatus mast cells (MC) stained by Toluidine blue shows that caecum, jejunum, duodenum, oesophagus and stomach MC distribute mainly in the muco-sa endemism membrane or submucosa connective tissues. Liver and pancreas MC distribute in epicuticle or connective tissue between parenchyma cells. The mucosal mast cells in those are distributed closely to the secretory cells of mucosa and the connective tissue mast cells are incline to distributed around blood vessels, nervus or galandular tubes.
