Function of Enterprise Intermediary Theory in Coal Circulation

The paper first analyzes the necessity and function of the intermediary bodies in the coal market from a theoretical perspective and then reveals through analysis the current status of the coal market of China and the problems faced by the intermediary organizations in coal transaction,mainly including(1) non-optimal market system in coal transaction;(2) possible racketeering committed by the intermediary organizations;(3) lack of efficient supervision and rampant misappropriation and misuse for one's own end.At the end,in view of these problems,the paper proposes the corresponding suggestions for the intermediary organizations to better play their role in coal transaction.
