Composite material made of waste material and its preparing method

The composite material prepared with wastes accounting for 98 % its raw material has the raw material comprising waste plastic film 51-60 %, bagasse 38-48 %, silane or titanate 0-2 %, and azo bisformamide 0-1 %. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. deoilnig, decontaminating and crushing waste plastic film to form grains with plicate surface; 2. crushing bagasse; 3. dewatering and stoving bagasse; 4. soaking stoved bagasse in 4 % concentration water solution of benzoic acid, dewatering and stoving; 5. mixing waste plastic grains with bagasse and supplementary material; 6. extruding the mixture in an extruder; and 7. molding. The composite material of the present invention has the advantages of both timber and plastic.
