Image drawing device

An image drawing device comprising: a first light source; a second light source; a scanning means that scans the light emitted from the first and second light sources in a prescribed first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction, and causes an image to be drawn on a drawing target; an optical axis displacement detection means that detects the displacement of the optical axes of light emitted from the first and second light sources; an optical axis correction means that corrects such that the optical axes of the light emitted from the first and second light sources match; and a control means that controls so as to stop scanning by the scanning means in at least one direction out of the first direction and the second direction, during the detection operation by the optical axis displacement detection means.
