Pharmacological methods improving the effectiveness of filtering procedures

Different antiproliferative agents: 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin C, growth factors antibodies, cyclosporine A, used as an adjunct to improve the success rate in filtering surgery and most common complications associated with them, are described.
