Clear water is injected into the continuous pipe through extruding, and pressure keeping down and cement setting waiting are conducted. Finally pressure relief is conducted, and the continuous oil pipe is pulled out. According to the high pressure-bearing blocking method for the perforation shot hole, the blocking effect is good, the perforation shot hole with a large aperture can be blocked, the pressure-bearing capacity reaches 70 MPa or more, and the requirement for subsequent fracturing operation can be met.
