Development Intervention in the Exploitation and Protection Process in Ethnic Minority Regions——Reviewing Development Studies

From the perspectives of development studies,the present research aims to examine through evidence-based on case studies the nexus between "exploitation" and "protection" in the development process of ethnic minorities in China. It concludes with suggestions of "putting ethnic minority people first" "adhering to ethnic sensitiveness" "establishing selecting mechanism in development intervention" for the betterment of ethnic minorities in the long run.
