Клинический полиморфизм соматической патологии у детей с недифференцированной дисплазией соединительной ткани

The risk of the development and the peculiarities of the clinical course of somatic diseases were analyzed among the 111 children suffering from the conjunctive tissue dysplasia. It was ascertained that the frequency of somatic diseases among children with the conjunctive tissue dysplasia is higher than this frequency among children without such disease. There were discovered the phenes of the conjunctive tissue dysplasia which contribute to the development of bronchial asthma and the severe stomach ulcer. There was discovered a connection between the severity of asthma, number of aggravations, effectiveness of the provided therapy and the severity of conjunctive tissue dysplasia. There was noticed a connection between the number and frequency of stomach ulcer relapses and the severity of conjunctive tissue dysplasia. There was discovered a connection between the severity of conjunctive tissue dysplasia and the effectiveness of the provided therapy in the case of stomach ulcer and bronchial asthma in children.
