Ge and GeSn-based Nano-electronic and Photonic Devices

In this talk, I will review our recent progress of various nano-electronic and photonic devices employing Ge and GeSn, including Ge/GeSn-based multi-gate transistors, GeSn as S/D materials to achieve ultra-low contact resistivity, and photodetectors for wavelength detection at ~2 µm.
