The invention relates to the blended fabric dyeing and finishing technology, and particularly relates to a cotton-polyester blended fabric pretreatment method. The invention aims at providing a pretreatment method which can solve the problems of thinness and stiffness of the cotton-polyester blended fabric after conventional dyeing and finishing and improves the fullness, fluffiness and woolen feel. The cotton-polyester blended fabric pretreatment method comprises the processes of desizing, bleaching, setting, mercerizing and the like; the desizing is performed by an enzyme desizing cold batch technology; and in the desizing process, a desizing enzyme and a penetrant are added. According to the invention, through a great quantity of technological tests and process point optimization of the long car pretreatment process, the fiber is sufficiently puffed, the thickness, woolen feel, desizing rate, capillary effect and whiteness of the fabric are improved, and the pretreatment cost is lowered.
