To Promote the Communication and Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Ethnic Regions

Owing to the vast territory and numerous nationalities of our country,the different nationalities,in the long history,have collectively created glorious and excellent intangible cultural heritage,which like a rich cultural storehouse cannot be used up and exhausted.But due to all kinds of subjective and objective reasons,the genes of the intangible cultural heritage,especially those in the ethnic regions have been seriously affected and destroyed to some extent,so that some excellent cultures that can reflect the thought and sentiment of the great masses have been on the verge of extinction.The scientific outlook of development that put the human foremost and wholly keep sustainable,put forward by Comrade Hu Jingtao,has pointed out the direction of inheriting,protecting and exploring the intangible cultural heritage of the ethnic groups,and laid the foundation of following the guideline and principle of "primary protection,foremost salvation,rational utilization,inheritance and development".All kinds of efficient methods and measures shall be adopted to protect and develop as the final goals.
