The processes of globalization intensify competition between companies is therefore essential to have information on the characteristics and level of visitor satisfaction. This paper was taken as a case study to the destination of Los Cabos, BCS. the methodology of the Center for Advanced Tourism Studies (CESTUR) of Mexico was applied to estimate the profile and satisfaction of its visitors. The results during the third and fourth quarters of 2013 showed that 49% of visitors were male, 56% were international residents mainly from the United States of America (USA), 40% had visited the destination, 35% traveled with your spouse 27% with his family, the main reason for the trip was for rest with 75%, 93% had no security problems, 62% stayed at a hotel, 98% travel by plane, on average stayed 5.84 nights plus 70% visitors who stayed overnight and stayed at establishments they spent on average between $ 10,000 and $ 15,000 Mexican pesos. The overall evaluation of fate, reached 9.5, categorized as fully satisfactory. Some recommendations are: 1) Regular street vendors, 2) Better status sidewalks and streets as well as quality / price ratio of the destination.
