LMI conditions for stability results for stochastic neural networks with time-varying delay

This paper deals with the problem of robust stability analysis for uncertain stochastic neural networks with time-varying delay. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional theory and the free-weighting matrices method, the delay-dependent criteria are proposed in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Two examples are given to show the less conservativeness of the obtained conditions.
