The invention discloses a high-silicon aluminum alloy seamless tube extrusion process which comprises the steps of casting rod heating, die heating, machining, extrusion and heat treatment: putting a casting rod in a heating furnace, heating to 400+/-5 DEG C through an induction coil in the heating furnace and preserving the heat for 20-30 min; putting a die in a die heating furnace to heat to 420+/-5 DEG C; turning the surface of the casting rod; heating an extrusion cylinder to 50+/-10 DEG C and preserving the heat before the extrusion, sending the casting rod into the extrusion cylinder, controlling the gap value between the casting rod and the extrusion cylinder within 2-4 mm and controlling the extrusion speed within 1.0+/-0.3 m/min; carrying out air cooling on the extruded tube blank. According to the high-silicon aluminum alloy seamless tube extrusion process, the produced high-silicon aluminum alloy seamless tube blanks are free of the defects such as surface bubble and surface tear, uniform in distribution of internal organization and good in mechanical property, favorable wear resistance of aluminum cylinder sleeves is ensured, the process is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced and remarkably economic benefits are provided.
