The invention discloses an additive material manufacturing molding cylinder. A hubbed flange and a base table which is matched with the hubbed flange are installed in the molding cylinder. The protrusion of the base table is upwards placed on a piston supporting plate in the molding cylinder, and the hub portion of the hubbed flange is downwards erected at an opening of the molding cylinder. The hub portion of the hubbed flange is closely combined with the protrusion of the base table in a sleeving mode and matched with the protrusion of the base table, so that a cavity for part molding is formed. The invention further discloses additive material manufacturing equipment with the molding cylinder. The application range of existing additive material manufacturing equipment is expanded, powder waste is reduced, and the part molding time is shortened.
