The invention relates to a method for preparing concrete by using high-mountain flour content granite chips. The method is characterized in that part of mountain flour contained in high-mountain flour content chips replaces a cementing material, and the rest part of the chips fully replace sand for preparation of concrete, wherein the cementing material is admixture of cement and mineral containing mineral micro powder; the parts, of which the particle size is more than 4.75mm, in the high-mountain flour content chips, can replace stone of which the particle size is 5 to 10mm, and the amount of the parts is reckoned in the using amount of broken stone; and the amount of the parts of which the particle size is less than or equal to 4.75mm is fully reckoned in the amount of sand. The concrete is prepared by the method; and compared with the conventional method in which the high-mountain flour content granite scraps directly replace the river sand, the method has the advantages that the using amount of the cementing material in the concrete, and the using amount of water reducer are reduced, so that the cost of chip concrete is reduced; and therefore, the aims of preparing the concrete by using the high-mountain flour content chips or size coarse size grading chips in actual engineering can be fulfilled.
