Interacción de iniciativas públicas para el desarrollo: el caso de los parques tecnológicos de Taiwán

Taiwan has placed first globally in the development of industrial centers since 2007, among them, the most important are the science parks that are intended to attract high-tech industries and its professionals, encourage technological innovation, promote industrial modernization and balance regional development. Therefore, this text analyzes the development process of this country in order to draw reflections, that brought to the Colombian case, establish consistent analytical and practical development principles at a state, social and economic level in a country that presents a reality similar to Taiwan 30 years ago.
