An optical pickup actuator for use with a recording medium, and comprising a recording medium with respect to the tracking of the rocker arm pivot; a first drive rocker arm to pivot; facing a recording medium the optical pickup; a rocker arm having a fixed end portion and the elastic member elastically deformable free end portion in a focusing direction relative to the recording medium, the optical pickup connected to the free end portion of the elastic member; and an elastic deformation of the second drive member and drives the resilient member.
