Energy-recoverable hydraulic actuator and actuating method

Provided are an energy-recoverable hydraulic actuator and an actuating method. The actuator comprises an electrical energy storage device (1), a controller (2) for an electric motor, the electric motor (3), an element (4), a first hydraulically controlled check valve (5), a second hydraulically controlled check valve (8), a hydraulic cylinder (7) and a hydraulic oil tank (6). The energy-recoverable hydraulic actuator and the actuating method can not only realise the conversion of the electrical energy stored in the electrical energy storage device into the kinetic energy of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, but can also realise the conversion of the kinetic energy of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder into the electrical energy stored in the electrical energy storage device, thereby achieving the effects of energy recovery and resource saving. The energy-recoverable hydraulic actuator and the actuating method can be applied in engineering machinery in the field of engineering technology.
