Reflection on Medical Rescue of National Emergency Medical Relief Team in Yushu Earthquake

Combining with the medical rescue practice of national emergency medical relief team of Xijing Hospital,the author summarized the characteristics and main problems of medical rescue operation in plateau earthquake.Some suggestions were provided from staff grouping,equipment carrying,and strength deployment to improve the construction of national emergency medical relief team.
