Mitomycin c ophthalmic gel

2010
The present invention relates to a mitomycin C ophthalmic gel and belongs to the technical field of ophthalmic preparations. The mitomycin C ophthalmic gel is characterized by comprising the following compositions in percentage by weight: 0.01 to 0.05 percent of mitomycin C, 10 to 20 percent of poloxamer P407, 2 to 10 percent of poloxamer P188, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of carbomer and the balance of normal saline. The MMC-C gel of the invention can solve the problem of solubility of insoluble medicaments, increases the stability of the ophthalmic preparation, and can directionally change the effect of the medicament and the characteristics of pharmacokinetics, thereby achieving the treatment effect of the medicament, reducing the untoward effect of the medicament, and better meeting the clinical requirement. The mitomycin C ophthalmic gel is prepared from a macromolecular material, and can prolong the retention time of the medicament in the eyes, reduce an outward diffusion speed of the medicament, and achieve the slow-release effect. The dosage form has the advantages of obvious medicinal effect, long action time, little toxicity and side effect, convenient use and the like.
