Metabolites of bird's nest fungi. Part 8.' Some minor metabolites of Cyatlzzts lzelenae and some correlations among the cyathins

The isolation and structure determination of neoallocyathin A4 (10a) is described. Structures are proposed for cyathin A4 (11) and cyathin C5 (15). Methods for the transformation of cyathin A3 into cyathin B3, allocyathin B3, and cyathin C3 are reported. The isolation of glochidone (22) and ergosterol from the mycelium of Cyathushelenae is reported.
