The methods for random arrangement of hemispheres on the hybrid optical film

Spherical microstructure is the main technology of the hybrid optical film. In this technology, fill-factor and random arrangement are important requirements. Fill-factor affects intensity gain and haze. In addition, random arrangement can avoid Moire effect. This paper proposes a method for random arrangement of hemispheres on the hybrid optical film, to obtain a high fill-factor. Moreover results were compared with foreign products to show the effectiveness of the method.
