Risk assessment in broiler production

Broiler production risk stems from the socio-economic and it's related industry.Based on a detail analysis of the risk factors in broiler production process,this paper considered broiler production and operation risk came from four aspects of technology management,market,environmental and policy.Then it useed the method of Hierarchy Analytic Process,to assess the broiler risk factors,and determine the influence on enterprise production of those risk factors.Then it identified the key risk factors which have significant impact,and gave recommendations and countermeasures on broiler production risk management.
