Türkiye’de Yabancı Sermaye Yatırımlarının İstihdam Üzerine Etkilerinin Vektör Otoregresif Model (Var Modeli) İle Analizi (2002-2014)

One of the most important factors affecting the economy of the country is employment. The importance of foreign investment to increase employment in a country should not be ignored. This study aimed to investigate the effects of foreign capital investments in Turkey on employment and the available data from official institutions were analyzed by Vector Autoregressive Model. For the analysis, Foreign investments have been set as independent variable and employment has been set as dependent variable. Analysis has benefited from the data of the International Investors Association, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, Turkey Statistical Institute and the Ministry of Development. The study data also was included in the sectoral distribution of foreign capital inflows and foreign capital inflow to the employment relationship has been examined on a sectoral basis.
