Progress in Susceptibility Genes of Esophageal Cancer

The origination and development of esophageal cancer involve the changes of many genes.The roles of some susceptibility genes,for example,p53,FHIT,p16,MMR and PLCE1,in the development of esophageal cancer are summarized in this article,which will be helpful for early diagnosis,evaluation of prognosis and gene diagnosis for esophageal cancer.
