Carbon Ion Beam Therapy for Chordoma: A Review of Clinical Effectiveness, Cost-Effectiveness, and Guidelines

The aim of this report is to summarize the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, of carbon ion beam radiation therapy as an adjuvant to surgical resection relative to other forms of therapy for chordoma, and to review the relevant evidence-based guidelines.
