Research on Location and Distribution of Multi-objective Emergency Resources

To reasonably design the location and distribution of emergency resources and fulfill the optimized management of emergency resources,according to the characteristics of emergencies,a multi-objective model for the location of emergency equipments and the distribution of emergency resources based on comprehensive reliability was constructed with consideration on the uncertainty,dynamics and time-constraints of emergency resource distribution.This model takes into account the risk weight of emergency demand points,the promptness of emergency and the transport of resources between emergency rescue points,so as to ensure that more dangerous demand points are covered by more emergency rescue points.By reducing the cost of emergency management and maximizing the comprehensive reliability of emergency system,the model fulfills the scientific location and distribution of emergency resources on the premise of ensuring the timeliness of emergency resources supply.Finally,an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and scientificity of the model.
