The present invention discloses an experimental apparatus and method for debugging a system for magnetic levitation bearing turbine generator rotor, comprising a base, a motor, a bearing is provided between the base plane and the floating bearing spindle and the bottom of a pressure sensor plane; the same also on the spindle a metal shaft is connected with the thrust plate and the electromagnet excitation coil, a pressure sensor and the excitation coil are connected to the microcontroller, between the electromagnetic solenoid and the spindle can be adjusted. With the above configuration and method described above can be adjusted in real time microcontroller magnetization current through the field coil, thereby regulating the thrust plate of metal, i.e. the size of the electromagnetic attraction of the electromagnets of the spindle, the pressure sensor can withstand real plane bearing the pressure monitoring. Thus, the rotor load shedding system of the target axial load, to address the problem of heat generation and mechanical wear due to friction thrust bearing, to provide a positive reference. Meanwhile, low-cost soft electromagnet, facilitates research, analysis and promotion.
