放疗联合抗PD-1及PD-L1抗体在肿瘤治疗中的进展

Radiotherapy is widely used in local treatment of tumors. It can not only directly kill tumor cells by damaging DNA, but also have a great impact on the immune system of the body. This effect is not only inhibited, but also more activated. Programmed death-1 (PD-1) and its ligand 1 (PD-L1) antibody, as the most popular immune checkpoint inhibitor, can inhibit tumor growth by restoring and enhancing the immune killing function of T cells. With the deepening of the study, it is found that the combination of the two treatment of tumor, the curative effect is better than the single mode. Key words: Radiotherapy; Immunotherapy; PD-1; PD-L1
