Фармакоэкономический анализ лечения лекарственной аллергии у детей с острой кишечной инфекцией

2012
A retrospective analysis of 54 children hospitalized for acute intestinal infection developing allergic reaction to antibacterial therapy was carried out. Allergic reaction occurs after 2,5±0,15 days from beginning of antimicrobial drugs therapy. The average duration of adverse reactions was 3,2±0,33 days. Most of the children had allergic reaction of moderate severity (77,8%). The most common medications used for drug allergy in patients were: Suprastin, Parlazin, Fenkarol, Zirtek. Our pharmacoeconomic analysis revealed that the highest expenditures are associated with treatment of severe forms, including an infusion therapy, glucocorticoids, Hl-histamin blockers and adsorbents. The pharmacoeconomic analysis of «cost-efficiency» and «cost-minimization analysis» show that Parlazin and Fenkarol should be used in children with acute intestinal infection accompanied by a moderate form of allergic reactions to antibiotics.
