Research on the Mechanism of Chinese Procuratorates' Sentencing Proposal

The system of sentencing proposal is an important part in the current sentencing system reform,the power of sentencing proposal is also an indispensable power in public prosecution.Sentencing proposal has also irreplaceable function in the aspects of Sentencing justice,efficiency and protection of human rights.This paper design in system an overall sentencing proposal mechanism through the research on its history of advancing and analysis on its position from the aspects of sentencing proposal's application scope,types,forwarding,approval and supervision.At the same time this paper also describes the build and bettering of related mechanism in order to approach the research objective of reasonability and efficiency in mechanism.
