Asi, se tiene en cuenta no solo la perspectiva linguistica, que marca los limites de la interpretacion, sino toda otra serie de componentes o variables que ayudan a concretar preceptos cuya naturaleza se corresponde con la de normas abiertas, tales como la politica, historica, social, democratica, etc. La conclusion a la que, con esa metodologia, llegan los autores, es que el rey es inviolable unicamente en relacion con los actos refrendables. Dicho de otra forma: el rey no esta por encima del Ordenamiento. EnglishThe Royal inviolability is addressed by the authors under an interpretation methodology of the constitutional rules in Spain. They find a somehow different perspective for the treatment of the Royal inviolability. Not only the Constitution wording itself, which is setting the boundaries of interpretation, is taken into account but also other key elements that help to define how the law should be addressed. Amongst others, the politics, the history and the social and democratic environment. Under this methodology, the authors come to the conclusion that the King of Spain is exclusively inviolable only to the acts that require the endorsement of the Government. In other words, the King can never stand above the law.
