Analysis of Vibroreological Indicators in the Formation of the Moment of Control of the Electric Drive in Special Modes

During the movement of technological mechanisms under load, the electric drive must form a moment that would ensure a trouble-free mode of operation of both the technological mechanism and the electric drive. Modern research in vibroreology suggests that the destruction of intermolecular forces in the working environment during the application of vibration, which is manifested in the relative motion of the layers of the structured environment, leads to the destruction of bonds in the structure, reducing friction and adhesion, yield strength . This creates the conditions for the manifestation of current at lower shear stresses. During the analysis of physicochemical processes occurring in the working body with the working environment during downtime, it was found that for the complete destruction of the structure requires anisotropic regime of variable frequency and moment of vibration. The reduction of plastic viscosity in this case is achieved by destroying the structure of the medium.
