The flow cell can always keep the temperatures of both positive pole electrolyte solution and negative pole electrolyte solution basically consistent in the running process, the influence on cell reaction caused by temperature difference of the positive pole electrolyte solution and the negative pole electrolyte solution is reduced, and the cell reaction has synchronism.
