Pd-Catalyzed Ag(I)-Promoted C3-Arylation of Pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones with Bromo/Iodo-Arenes.

A direct regioselective C3-H arylation of pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones using Pd(OAc)2 as the catalyst in the presence of Ag2CO3 as promotor is developed.
