A micro-driving component 1 and a micro-driving component 2 are symmetrically arranged relative to a YZ surface and are fixedly connected with the upper surface of a base, a micro-driving component 3 and a micro-driving component 4 are fixedly connected with the concentric groove of the base, a macro-driving component 1 and a macro-driving component 2 are fixedly connected with the upper surface of the base, the macro-driving component 1 and the macro-driving component 2 are fixedly connected with the micro-driving component 1 and the micro-driving component 2, a macro-driving component 3 and a macro-driving component 4 are fixedly connected with the two installing holes of the base, the macro-driving component 3 and the macro-driving component 4 are fixedly connected with the micro-driving component 3 and the micro-driving component 4, four transition connection boards and the transition frames of the four micro-driving components are corresponding to each other one by one and are fixedly connected, the four transition connection boards are corresponding to four rasters one by one, the four rasters are fixedly connected with a plurality of raster briquettings, and the raster briquettings are detachably and fixedly connected with the corrsponding transition connection boards through a plurality of connection screws. The device can realize the array splicing of the four rasters, and is high in rigidity, positioning precision, and total stability.
