전동차 상용제동전자밸브 특성변화가 제동체결에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A vehicle brake system performs a very important role when operating a vehicle, thereby if a failure occurs in any vehicle brake system, it will cause some serious problems against a vehicle’s safe operation. Especially in normal operation conditions, in case of a full service brake equipment which is used in normal brake system, it has a great effect to stop a vehicle to a target location by an early operation state or operation delay. In that case, it causes an operation jarring of system to be linked signaling system, platform safety gates, etc. It makes a great problem to passengers’s being got on and off. In this study, it can be learned how to be operated a solenoid valve in any energy state for normal brake service by analyzing full service brake equipment controlling air flow to brake system, the deterioration and pollution of the solenoid valve coil, the association between the trait change of component, and the application time of the brake, and it shows how to maintain and repair the vehicle brake system properly.
