The invention discloses a material space reflection characteristic measuring instrument using an optical fiber bundle. The instrument includes a material to be measured (1), a semi-integral ball (2), an external incident light source (3), a light trap (4), transmission optical fiber bundles (5), an imaging light cone (6), a light filter disc (7), a CCD camera (8), a computer (9) and a high absorption black coating (10). The internal surface of a hemispherical surface is coated with the high absorption coating, small round holes are arranged on the hemispherical surface of the semi-integral ball according to regular angle distribution, the reflected light signals at all angles of the surface of the material are transmitted by the specially coded optical fiber bundles, the light cone couples the light signals into the photosensitive surface of the CCD camera, and the intensity, the color and the angle distribution of the reflected lights are output by the computer.
