Novel application of Aminoquinol

The invention discloses novel application of Aminoquinol. The influence of Aminoquinol on hepatoma cell lines HepG2 and Huh7 is tested through a series of experiments, the experiments show that Aminoquinol is a target CDK4/6 inhibitor, can increase the quantity of cells, stagnating in the G1 period, of the HepG2 and the Huh7, decrease the quantity of cells in the S period, increase the apoptosis rate of the HepG2 and the Huh7 and inhibit expression of CDK4/6 protein, cyclinD protein and pho-CDK4/6 protein of a signal channel in the G1 period of the cell cycle and has the anti-hepatoma effect, and therefore Aminoquinol can be used for preparing an anti-cancer drug for treating hepatoma. Due to the fact that Aminoquinol is registered by FDA and is a drug used for resisting parasitic diseases, the later-period clinical experiment cost is lowered, the later-period drug development time is shortened, and the cost and time for developing a novel anti-cancer drug are greatly saved.
