Клиника и диагностика острой кишечной недостаточности у больных острой абдоминальной хирургической патологией

865 patients with an acute abdominal surgical pathology are surveyed (AASP), thus acute intestinal insufficiency (AIID) was revealed in 182 (21 %) cases. Dynamic clinical picture, was studied: motion-evacuatorial function of a gastroenteric path, its sonografic picture, microbiocenosis of the small intestine, comparative researches in a peripheral blood-circulation and blood of a degree flowing from intestines endogenic toxemia are also made. Results of researches have allowed to develop early diagnostics and to carry out appropriate treatment before operation, during operation and in the postoperative period that has caused decrease in AIID development by 8 %. It has in turn led decreased morbility in patients with various AASP from 16 % up to 12 %.
