Investigation of the extraction technology of polysaccharide and triterpenes from Inonotus obliquus fruit body

In aspect of water extraction and organic solvent extraction,single factor experiment were conducted to analyze the effect of the factors such as extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and the order of the two extraction methods on the extraction percent age of the polysaccharides and triterpenes from inonotus obliquus.The results showed that the optimum extraction order was water extraction and isopropanol extraction,and the yield of polysaccharides and triterpenes was 8.84% and 1.71% respectively under the conditions of 80 ℃,1∶40 solid-liquid ratio and 2 h for the first water extraction.
