The invention discloses a collision cavity used for anion and gas collision, and relates to the field of measurement experiment equipment. The collision cavity comprises a cavity body, wherein a recoil ion detection port, electron detection port, a molecular pump installation port, a gas injection needle valve installation port, a system connection port, an air inlet, a vacuum gauge port and a time-of-flight spectrometer detection port are formed in the cavity body; the molecular pump installation port is formed in the lower side of the cavity body; the gas injection needle valve installation port and the time-of-flight spectrometer detection port are both formed in the upper side of the cavity body; the gas injection needle valve installation port and the molecular pump installation port are formed in the same vertical axis; and the time-of-flight spectrometer detection port is formed in the side edge of the gas injection needle valve installation port. Through the manner, according to the collision cavity, a detector is installed at the place where a molecular pump is originally installed, and the detector is used for detecting electrons; and the molecular pump is installed at the position of an original gas injection needle valve and is located under the whole cavity, so that the molecular pump is convenient to install and is also relatively stable.
