Возможности диагностики скрыто протекающей хронической обструктивной болезни легких у пациентов внебольничной пневмонией

2006
46 community acquired pneumonia (CAP) patients underwent spirometry and bodyplethysmography with the help of «Masterlab Pro» («E. Jaeger», Germany) with the definition of air-flow rates, bronchial resistance (Raw) and total lung capacity structure. 21 patients (45,7%) were registered to have obstructive disorders of ventilation pulmonary function. 15 of them had Raw within normal values (74,53±4,50% of due rates), and 6, who had a significant increase in Raw (202,38±30,22% of due rates), were diagnosed to have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for the first time, which was latent before. Therefore, reduced speed indices of ventilation pulmonary function in the course of CAP dictate the necessity of additional measurement of Raw, whose increase is a ground for carrying out COPD diagnostics.
